I’m Krista Plate—a board-certified family nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, including over a decade in Emergency Medicine and more recent years in primary care across Colorado. While I’ve valued every step of my medical journey, I found myself craving something more personal—something slower, more connected, and centered on helping people feel truly seen.
I wanted to create a space where relationships mattered just as much as results. Where patients could ask questions without judgment and explore their options with confidence. A place that felt calming, uplifting, and real.
That desire led to the creation of Ark Medical Aesthetics—a welcoming, elevated space where outer beauty and inner wellness meet, and where every treatment is grounded in compassion, expertise, and integrity.
